Miguel's Medical FundRaiser

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Im trying to raise some money to help pay for medical bills and medicine for a great guy who is always there for other people but most of the time doesnt get the same in return... He has been under a lot of misfortune in recent months and was recently declared disabled with permanent nerve damage to his right arm and the medical bills have been piling up for him both for his arm and stomach as he has been taking pain killers for 2 years and needed 2 surgeries to fix the issue... ANYTHING is appreciative for Miguel... Lets show him the same love he has shown all of us... Goal is 2,500 which is nothing to what he owes but every little thing helps... 

PS: Miguel, I know you didnt want me to do this but sometimes in life getting help is not begging especially when you're physically unable to work and make the money yourself like you always were able to...
