Memorial Fundraiser for Miguel (Mike) Maldonado

It is with a humbled and heavy heart that we, The Maldonado Family come to you today and ask for your love and support during this difficult time for our family.

My father Miguel (Mike) Maldonado passed away 2/19/24. While we all know death is a part of life, whether it's expected or not, for most of us the cost of saying our final goodbye to those we love can be more than most can bare. I am humbly asking for anyone that sees and reads this and feels led to, please donate to our gofundme to help offset the cost.

Although plagued by many health issues that limited him from doing the normal things we do everyday, Mike, thanks to the UNCONDITIONAL LOVE of his Wife Nellie lived a full life and prosperous life.

So much so that he became a father all over again in his early 70's when he and my mother adopted 2 of their great-grandchildren who are now 5 & 7. Despite the challenges faced with such a responsibility he and my mother pressed forward and tackled the challege together.

My father leaves behind a legacy that I know he himself never expected. His wife of 51 years, 6 kids, 15 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren on the way. Not bad for a man who never expected to live past the age of 35!
