Hi, my name is JC Capellan and I’m the brother of Miguel Capellan (DJ Dynasty). For those who don’t know, Miguel was involved in a near-fatal car accident on Thursday, November 9th. Due to injuries and trauma sustained, Miguel had to be resuscitated, intubated and hooked up to a ventilator in order to keep him alive before he was transported to Shand’s Hospital in Gainesville, FL to further undergo more treatment, procedures and research on his injuries. Our parents had to immediately take leaves of absence to be by my brother’s side through all of this while having to pay for lodging and transportation. Miguel has finally finished his stay at Shand’s Hospital and has now been transferred back to Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach, FL, but his road to recovery is just getting started and we can really use help going forward with the hospital bills, traveling, having to pay for a funeral and having to miss work is going to effect our family drastically. Please continue to pray for the Capellan family in this time of need.
