Mi nombre es Miguel Ángel Da Silva, tengo 58 años, y hoy te hablo desde el corazón para pedirte una oportunidad de seguir viviendo.

My name is Miguel Ángel Da Silva, I am 58 years old, and today I write to you from the bottom of my heart to ask for a chance to keep living.

Recently, an electrocardiogram (ECG) revealed a life-changing diagnosis: sustained monomorphic ventricular tachycardia, a serious disturbance in my heart rhythm. This condition caused me to collapse suddenly, and I had to be urgently stabilized with an electrical cardioversion.
