Mom Fighting Hemorrhagic Stroke & Brain Aneurysm
Donation protected
As a mother of 4 and a wife to a dedicated husband who had just celebrated 31 years of marriage, after meeting decades ago as migrant working adolescents states away from home, an event this painful and traumatic never crossed our minds.
Our mother has gone through so much in the past week and there’s still a long road ahead to her recovery. She has suffered a brain hemorrhage, aneurysm, blood clot and undergone countless tests, examinations and several operations such as an angiogram and others that we fail to fully comprehend and therefore can’t further explain. We just know that what can be done must be done and pray for her recovery to be smooth with no further complications as she is still in critical care and under supervision day in and day out.
As stated above we are a migrant family that cleans crop fields for a living states away from home for more than 6 months at times. Leaving our home has never been easy and being apart from our parents is just as hard. Now more than ever we feel the distance as a burden because we aren’t there with her, not yet. While we make our way to her and are finally able to hug her, see her in person and give our father company we ask for your help. Anything you have to offer is beyond appreciated. As we try to cover her hospital bills etc. so her and my father don’t have another reason to worry and she can focus on recovering and coming back home a prayer and positive thoughts for our momma would mean the world to us.
