I Mr.Rhendo S. de Jesus..had been diagnosed with complete total Renal Kidney failure and Severe Pneumonia.And as of now my Cardio Specialist is focusing  on my "heart" as they find strange heart beat after another..
And as of this day forward,i am now undergo on the lifetime procedure of "Hemo Dialysis"  3 times already(process of recycling my own blood inside of a machine..extracting old blood out of my body then turned it back a fresh and clean blood..to start helping the "dead kidney" to live again someday with the help of this procedure..

   Being a single parent and sole provider of my family (2 daughters/1 is poster one from my younger brothers failed marriages.....2 Sons..both posters eldest is from the farthest part of the island in Mindanao,who seek help on his very young to send him to school and have a bright future..nephew of my separated wife...and the other youngest one is again from my younger brother failed marriages...and of course part of my being sole bread winner for my family is my Mama Beth and Tatay Rene..)
These are all the main reasons of me..seeking for your kindest hearts to please send me some help..
And to keep me alive and conplete healed through the help of my very good doctors working the clock to save my life.
