We are Gem and Stu and our charity is Mighty Mabons Legacy. We lost our beautiful boy on the 18/12/23 at the age of 4 due to CHD and a heart condition called CCTGA. We raise funds to support families who have or have lost children with heart conditions. These conditions often mean long stays in hospital so we provide help and support with care packages for both parents and children while in hospital and Costa vouchers to parents when their child has open heart surgery. We also support and donate resources to Alder Hey Children’s hospital and donate money to support other heart charities. We have also set up a parents snack station at Dewi Ward, our be local children’s ward at Ysbyty Gwynedd. Other resources and Christmas bags are donated here.

Stu is a truck driver and Mabon loved trucks and anything with wheels so we are so proud of our North Wales trucking community and their families for their help and support. Thank you
