Midland Flood 2020

Our hearts are absolute broken for everyone that has been affected from 2 dams failing, flooding Midland, MI breaking the record from the flood in 1986. My Dad and I being one of them.

This was his year, he just got this house in September and we were finally filling the house with new appliances and new furniture, for it to be completely destroyed within a couple of hours.. We were finally able to get inside the house to see all the damage done, and boy were we overwhelmed. There was a little over a foot of water sitting throughout the whole house at one point. The cabinets are splitting, furniture half soaked but soaked in sewage water meaning everything is completely ruined and floors are complete damaged. 

Unfortunately, we do not have flood insurance on the house, meaning we have no idea what to do now. All we are asking is if you’re able to help we would kindly appreciate it. Anything will be better than nothing at this point.
