Mid Island Water Sports Employees

I am a longtime friend of Ginger and Chris Weber, the owners of Mid Island Water Sports. Some of you know Ginger as the admin of the South End FMB page. Many of you have been customers since before they had kids in the early days. As most of you know they have been in business for 30 years servicing properties with Waverunners, Dolphin Tours, Parasail and a cabana, chair/umbrella service at resorts such as the Wyndham, the Sandpiper, sunset, privateer, Seawatch, Gulfview Manor, Pointe Estero Resort, GullWing Resort, Sandarac condos and corner stone resort. All of those properties are on Fort Myers Beach and are either severely damaged or will not be back in operation for an unknown amount of time. They have been giving as much clean up work to to their employees as possible. However, many of them lived on island and their homes were completely destroyed. Gas is hard to come by and the lines are long as well as traffic to get from wherever they are staying to where we are. We are raising money to go directly to them to get them back on their feet. Liam, Carlee, David, Mat, Austin, Dedrick, Tractor Rick all lived on island and lost everything. The rest of the 20 employees sustained severe damage and loss of livelihood. Any help they receive will be greatly appreciated!
