Update: On June 20th, 2023, Bowen went to be in the arms of our Lord. We are heartbroken over his loss but find peace knowing he is free of pain. He will forever be missed.

Hi Everyone! I'm Jess and I'm setting this fundraiser up for my nephew Bowen Schneider and his family. Bowen was born prematurely at 23w5d on June 8th weighing just 1 pound 7 ounces, and only 11.5 inches long. He has already undergone multiple procedures and is expected to stay in the NICU for several months as he continues to grow and develop. His parents, Sara and Zach, will both be making as many trips as possible weekly to spend time with, support, and care for him. Bowen also has two proud brothers at home, Sawyer and Dawson, who will need childcare and support while their parents are to and from the hospital.

The money from this fundraiser will be given to the Schneider Family to support medical bills, travel expenses, and other costs associated with Bowen's journey from the NICU to being home with his family.

Sara, Zach, and our entire family is so overwhelmed by the amount of love, prayers, and support we have received. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank everyone who has kept us in their thoughts and are grateful for every single prayer over our littlest guy.

We want to thank Northeast Georgia Medical Center-Gainesville for the incredible treatment Bowen has already received and will continue to receive while he makes it his temporary home. As such, any money left over after paying for his expenses will be donated back to their NICU department in Bowen's name.
