Micki Hull

On Wednesday, September 13, 2023, our lives changed forever with the passing Migdalia Hull aka Micki. She is survived by her husband Herbert Hull, her children, Bernie, Eric and Jasmine. As well as her 9 grandchildren, Nathaniel, Ryan, Angelo, Manny, Alyssia, Natasha, Saivon, Julius, and Emilia. Motherhood as well as being a grandmother gave Micki the opportunity to share so much joy, so much laughter, so much affection and the rarest kind of love. For those who knew her, would agree she was a great friend, a loyal and devoted wife, above all the best mother anyone could ask for.

As a women, Micki was beautiful and bright as well as strong and fearless when it came to the people she cared for. She was a tiny woman with a heart too big to measure. Those who were lucky enough to befriend her are forever impacted by her amazing energy, her crazy sense of humor, and her generous heart.

Micki's journey on this Earth was both challenging and extraordinary. At just 2 years old, she got scarlet fever and ended up losing 100% of her hearing. After becoming deaf she was placed with foster parents, who raised her with special love and affection that she would pass down to her children.

Micki faced many obstacles medically such as scoliosis, many surgeries, and relearned how to walk.

In 2013 she was diagnosed with cancer. After a very long battle she was able to conquer it.

Not many people know, but my mother was in the hospital for almost the past 2 years, literally fighting for her life. She fought a good fight and was ready to come home. She was finally going to be discharged when she had a really bad seizure which ultimately drained her of any fight she had left.
