Mickey Armstrong Memorial Fundraiser
Donation protected
On the 6th of December 2021 our brother Michael "Mickey" Armstrong suffered a catastrophic brain haemorrage and passed away on the 8th of December 2021 in the loving care of his family and the wonderful Palliative Care Team in Cavan General Hospital. We will be forever grateful for the love, kindness and respect they showed to Michael and our family in his final days. As a gesture of our thanks and appreciation we have set up a fundraiser to help support the Palliative Care Services in Cavan Hospital which will help and support other families who may find themselves in this devastating position.
Michael lived in Clones all his life and ran "Packie Willies" Pub successfully for many years. He was a much loved Father, Son, brother, and Uncle, as well as a great friend to many people and is missed beyond words!
In memory of Mickey we are running a fundraiser on the weekend of Michael's birthday, Saturday the 25th of June 2022 with lots of events taking place throughout the day/night and we will keep you updated on all these events. There will also be music, a charity shave spot prizes, and other events on the night.
The love and support shown to us as a family at the time of Michaels death was overwhelming and will never be forgotton. The support helped us get through some very sad and very difficult times and continues to do so. Michael is forever loved and missed everyday and will remain in our hearts forever!
On behalf of all the family any support you can give this fundraiser will be hugely appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
Cissie, Packie, Noah, Gerard, Maire, Deirdre, Niall and all the family.
