Hi, my name is Erin, and I am fundraising for my dad.

In August of 2022, my dad, Mick Regan, suffered from a major stroke, leaving him paralyzed on his left side and confined to a wheelchair. Even though he is in physical therapy and making small improvements, it is a long road to recovery. My brother Sean and I are reaching out for help. We are fundraising for the purchase and professional installation of a stairlift. With our dad being confined to a wheelchair, it is very difficult for him to access many of the rooms in our two-level house. A stairlift will allow him to access his bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. A stairlift is not something that is covered by our dad’s insurance plan, and it is a cost that we cannot afford. We also want to make our home handicap-friendly for our dad with ramps, handrails, and grab bars.
