We tragically lost our Dad very suddenly and unexpectedly to a heart attack on 26 June.
As well as a loving husband, dad, grandad and true family man, Dad was also a great friend to many others. He held a strong presence in the village & small community life. You can guarantee if there was a village event or occasion in the village hall, Dad was there. He was always happy to help with anything and always had a smile for everyone.
Your kind donations will help us to place a memorial bench outside Barton Village Hall, where he was head licensee for many many years and was pretty much his second home.
We hope friends and family will be able to sit, have a pint and enjoy some fond memories of Dad.
