Michigan's Best Girls - Odyssey of Mind World Finals Bound!

Our 6th grade Odyssey of the Mind team, made up of all girls, is headed to World Finals in May! We took 1st place in the state of Michigan for our problem and division. We built and programmed a robot; worked together to create a skit featuring a GIANT storybook, lost holiday ornaments, and more; and came up with original song lyrics and an instrumental ensemble.

World Finals takes place at Michigan State University this year, and we have the opportunity to stay on campus, meet students from all over the world (17 other countries compete!) and participate in 4 days of problem solving, creativity, team building and personal growth.

We need to raise $7,000 to pay for room and board and registration. We're working with local businesses, doing can drives, and everything else we can think of. Ever little bit helps - thank you for your support!
