Cole's is a small company owned by second-generation tow operator Dennis Cole, but the company is a vital part of the community, with a two-bay garage and repair facility. Sanford, Michigan was directly hit by the recent flood waters released when the Midland and Sanford dams broke. The damage is so severe that Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has formally requested a federal disaster declaration.
