As the Communicator-in-Chief, I (Steve Burns) took the lead on raising funds for this project.
We are soliciting donations from our Michigan Rowing parent group to purchase a proper tent.  This tent will be used at home races to buffer us against the the Michigan weather out on the bluff and at away races as a gathering space for all Michigan Rowing parents and friends.  Once the funds are raised, we’ll put a deposit down with MasterTent to get into the production run. Balance is due prior to delivery. I’ll be the person in charge of withdrawing the funds and purchasing the tent.
