Hey friends! We never thought we would be on here asking for help, but here we are. Our mom, Michelle Loucks, found out at the end of 2021 that she needs a liver transplant. She has been battling all the side effects of a failing liver for almost 2 years. She has moved in with us so we can help her with daily care. She has kept her spirits up. If you know her, you know how spunky she can be. We’ve waited for so long, gotten her the best care possible and are ready to see her healthy and back to playing practical jokes on all of us. We’ve been lucky enough to have her with us so she can be close to her grandkids (who always lift her spirits)!

Kaiser informed us that she has been approved for a transfer to Arizona where her chances of receiving a liver before it’s too late are much higher. We are grateful to have great medical care & insurance. This procedure comes with a $10,000 deductible. We are trying to get approved for loans and gather funds from the family.
