Michelle's Gift of Life to Her Son Bryce

If you’re lucky enough to know Michelle Ridley, whether you’re a friend, coworker or community member, you know how selfless she is and always puts others before herself. She’s the first one to lend a hand and will call in the troops of family and friends to help; she always has time to lend an ear to listen and problem-solve; and she jumps in feet first into any situation where she sees need without hesitation or the need to be praised and recognized.

Within her Real Estate family, she has been a constant advocate and advisor to all agents and gives freely of her time and knowledge. After she’s sure there is a clear understanding, Michelle will reassure the agent and say one of her favorite phrases, “you got this”!

Michelle will be donating one of her kidneys to her son Bryce on Tuesday, May 20. She literally will be giving a piece of herself to her son to save his life. Michelle won’t talk about every aspect of this journey and what it has entailed for both she and Bryce, she simply smiles and says, “Of course I’m donating, never gave it a second thought.”

She would never ask for help, but this time our friend and coworker could use some support from the many communities she’s touched with her huge heart and bigger-than-life personality. If you can, please make a donation to help Michelle and Bryce with the expenses they will incur as they take the proper time to heal after their respective surgeries.

Bryce is a very deserving young man! He is a son, brother, and husband to Jennifer. As a dedicated father to his three beautiful children, Bryson, Abigail and baby Grace, He is also a full-time employee that is fighting Kidney disease and yet still finds time to volunteer as an assistant coach to his son’s Tri-Town Little League team. Bryce also coaches Pee wee Football and is the organizer of the 207 Baggers Corn hole competitions. As the saying goes, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree and Bryce is someone who values community and contributing wherever he can!
