Michelle S. Hedrick Teacher Scholarship Fund

Donation protected
Hi friends,... my name is Tara and I've known Michelle since we became Phi Mu sisters at High Point University. Michelle graduated with her degree in Elementary Education with honors from High Point University. She married her college boyfriend, Chad, and later they had one son, Zachary.
Michelle went on to become an amazing school teacher with the Randolph County school district educating grades 2-6. Not only did she improve the lives of all the children, she created a bond and friendships with so many other educators. Michelle's laugh was contagious and her love was unconditional. She maintained a positive attitude and had a zest for life even when times were difficult.
Michelle had been in and out of Duke University Hospital, due to respiratory issues, for over 18 months. The doctors diagnosed her with an obstructive lung disease, Constrictive Bronchiolitis (She was a non-smoker!)  Unfortunately, she lost her battle on March 19, 2022.
Chad is seeking donations for a scholarship in Michelle's honor. This scholarship will provide support to high school seniors going into the education field.
I am hopeful, with the support from all of you, we can reach the goal and bless a student(s) with this scholarship. Your donations are greatly appreciated. Please share this Memorial Scholarship Fund so Chad can make the greatest impact in Michelle's memory.

Thank you so much, on behalf of Michelle, Chad, Z, myself, and all of Michelle's family and friends.
