Michelle’s Cancer Fundraiser

Hey this is Michelle’s sister. I am raising money for my sister  Michelle. She went to the emergency room a few months  ago and received some unexpected news. She was hospitalized for 6 days with surgeries, biopsies & multiple scans.

Michelle began Chemo on February 19th. She had liver surgery on May 24th and she is recovering from that and doing good. There is also talk about radiation treatments and future surgeries. The point is Michelle has a great amount of expenses ahead of her not only in the medical space but general living cost as well. She is facing a lot. We all know fighting Cancer is hard on the body but it is extremely expensive as well.

She had begun working a side job along with her primary job to help with inflated cost of food, electricity, property tax etc. as it was and now given the circumstances she hasn’t  been able to maintain that second job and has been on leave from her primary job since early March. She is no longer receiving her full income as it was significantly cut. We are looking at September as a probable time to return to work but not a guarantee it is all depending on the treatments. 

So many have reached out to ask how they can help and I believe together we can help relieve some of the unnecessary stress of the financial burden together as Michelle’s family & friends.
