YOU GO GIRL!!!
My youngest daughter Michelle Bruszer-Konczal is a very strong, brave, inspiring 35-year-old woman and she is also a 6x cancer survivor!
As a young girl in 8th grade, Michelle was diagnosed with bone cancer in her arm, underwent reconstructive surgery, received multiple intense chemotherapy treatments for almost a year and was blessed to win the battle. In 2007, Michelle found out she had two types of breast cancer and had a double mastectomy surgery with more chemotherapy. Shortly afterwards, a tumor showed up in her small intestine and a long section of it was removed by the doctor. Michelle’s amazing determination pulled her out of it yet another time! Later in 2011, she had another bout of breast cancer with two different diagnoses again, surgical intervention and another round of chemotherapy treatments. But surrounded by love, support and faith she managed to survive it all!
However recently in 2018, a biopsy during a surgical procedure revealed a high-risk pre-cancer in Michelle’s uterus. Several groups of doctors reviewed her case at different Tumor Board meetings and recommended a plan for a hysterectomy surgery this April or May. Michelle also had another procedure around this time, which thankfully showed no tumors. Although, they did see a few stomach ulcers that require medication and a follow-up procedure to be sure the ulcers are healing. Her recent brain and whole-body MRI scans were normal, which is a blessings!
Michelle has been accepted into a holistic nutrition medicine program and will be admitted to a clinic that can treat her with the Gerson Therapy. She continues to be highly motivated to face these new diagnoses head on with full force in order to improve her health and heal herself!
I can tell you that my daughter Michelle has always been a courageous person. Her faith has never let cancer beat her. I know this because I have been there every step of the way. I am proud to have watched her grow up to become a positive, hard-working, intelligent, happily married woman! Michelle has a wonderful zest for life- she loves gardening, relaxing, camping, walking, biking, cooking, live music, laughing, hanging out with family & friends and her cats!
Please consider sharing your love and support by donating funds to help Michelle!
Michelle needs help with her medical bills as they are mounting up fast.
