Hi, this is Laura Andrews, Sheli’s Mom!! Sheli passed away Friday after a tragic accidental fire in her apartment last Tuesday. Sheli suffered 3rd degree burns over 60% of her body! After 3 days in the burn unit, she passed away and they were able to remove several of her organs to save others’ lives!!! Her family has gone through a lot, especially because of the way she died. Fortunately the hospital near her has a burn unit that gave her EXCELLENT care and worked very hard to help her and to make sure she had ZERO pain.

Sheli had a difficult life but her legacy is that she was able to save others’ lives after losing her own and for that, we are thankful!!

Unfortunately, Sheli left no life insurance and no money, so her family is in need of help to pay for her funeral expenses! We have worked to keep those expenses as low as possible!! If you can help us, even a very little, we truly appreciate it!! It will take a big burden from us, so we can grieve without financial worry!! Thank you for any help you can send. p.s. The picture is of Sheli at the age of 16! She was a beautiful, sweet girl! We miss her terribly! Also, her beloved dog Mina survived without injury and Lynda, Sheli’s sister is now Mina’s mommy forever!!
