Our beloved Michele unexpectedly passed away on May 22, 2020 at the age of 49. She was a dedicated mother, daughter, sister, friend, and member of the Willard Elementary family and the Garvey School District. Her laugh was infectious and her heart was as big as the moon.
Adored by many, her love for those around her will be sorely missed. Over the years, countless individuals have been impacted by her amazing example of kindness and dedication. Her impact on the lives of countless students and friends will reverberate forever.
As a young girl, she loved reading and playing with her dolls. When Michele got older, she found joy in drawing and doing arts and crafts projects. She particularly enjoyed sewing with her mom, Sally. Her favorite time of year was Halloween, and she loved decorating. This passion continued well into her adult life.
She leaves behind two sons (Tyler Busteed and Ian Bustamante), her partner of 20 years (Jimmy Bustamante), her mom (Sally Foster), her siblings (Felicia Vanvacter, Joey Foster, and Christopher Foster), her sister-in-law and nieces (Denise, Anissa, and Lily), her nephew (Sebastian Guerra), cousin (Jennifer Paz), and many aunts and uncles.
In her honor, we are creating this account to assist her family with funeral costs and other expenses. We hope to alleviate the financial burden that comes with the sudden and tragic passing of a loved one, as well as offer support to her family
