For the past 3 months Michele has been severely limited and unable to work due to intense nerve pain resulting from a spinal injury. A two-week stint in the hospital offered little results and further medical intervention, including surgery, is planned but slow-going. Presently, her only real means of financial support (midwifery) is far beyond her physical ability and so, here we are: fully reliant on the support of family and friends. Over the past 40+ years Michele has been a tireless medical provider and rockstar midwife to the central Texas community and now, seemingly for the first time, she needs our help.
