For over 20 years, Michele Batenhorst has served as a compassionate and dedicated nurse at Shamrock General Hospital. She’s cared for generations of families, worked tirelessly through nights, holidays, and hard times, and has been a source of comfort and strength for so many in our community.

Now, it’s our turn to care for her.

Michele is facing an extended medical leave due to a serious health condition. While she focuses on healing and recovery, she will be away from work for quite some time — and the financial strain of being out of work, combined with medical expenses, is significant.
