Michael's Unknown Medical Illness and Follow-ups

I'm seeking help for my niece Brittany and her husband Michael.
Michael vomited and passed out on the bathroom floor on 12/21/2020, he was taken by ambulance to Providence where his prognosis was guarded. A blood transfusion and MRI were discussed. He was unable to move his left arm or legs but he still had feeling in them. The doctors eventually admitted him and the did an MRI which the results were inconclusive. The doctors never provided a diagnosis and he has been told to follow up with a neurologist and his primary care physician. He was discharged the following day.
Michael is the sole caregiver for his family (his wife and 4 kids, all under the age of 10 depend on him entirely). Michael has been unable to go back to work and is attempting to seek temporary disability from work. Unfortunately, his last paycheck has come in already and the disability paperwork is being processed so they currently have no source of income. He will require follow-up care for an undetermined amount of time, and whether he will be able to return to work in the future is currently up in the air.
I am requesting assistance from anyone that would like to help so they don't fall into debt any further than they already are, so they don't lose their home, and so they don't have to drown in medical bills from this unexpected tragic incident.
