Michael's Livestream Revisited - A Road Trip

Hey y'all, Ethan here. I'm sure you know by now that I'm livestreaming my life 24/7 for the month of July (2021). If you want more information about that, check out my Youtube Channel "Ethan McChristian Live Stream". We are fundraising for an idea Michael and I came up with to make the month long stream as action-packed and reminiscent of the original livestream as possible: we want to revisit some of the notable locations and people from the original livestream. This includes, but is not limited to, Valparaiso, Chicago, New York, and College Station!

We recorded some secret streams before the project, and there has been mention of some future secret streams as well: I want to make these secret streams available to supporters after the project ends. These secret streams should answer some of the oddities of the livestream projector at least be fun to watch! Another perk I want to share with donaters has a more intimate nature: I want to write about how the project affected me personally and emotionally over the month. I would really enjoy answering questions from donaters in that writing and sharing an unaltered insight into my mental/emotional state (call it a miniature manifesto, if you will). 

The idea behind this GoFundMe is ultimately to make the month–long livestream as dense as possible, to relive some old memories from a new perspective, and to catch up with old friends. My hope is that all of this is as appealing to you as it is to me, or else I wouldn't fundraise for such a trip. I'm extremely grateful for any amount of support y'all offer for this month long project and want to act on my gratitude so we thought we could do fundraising in the following tears:

$1500 – road trip to College Station, Texas for the last third of the month. End the livestream in College Station

$2500 – road trip to North Dakota, then Chicago/Valparaiso/Bloomington IN, and end the livestream in College Station, Texas.

$3500 – road trip to North Dakota, then Chicago/Valparaiso/Bloomington IN, then New York/New Jersey, and end the livestream in College Station, Texas.

The costs for road tripping with the livestream are approximations I made based on $800 for gas, ~$150/night for hotel/motels along the way, and living expenses for the month (~$500). Michael and I hope to reconnect with as many people as possible along the way, and the whole budgeting/planning process will be done on livestream before your very eyes. If there is any excess from fundraising, I can guarantee it will go towards making the livestream better. Thank you for reading, thank you for donating, and thank you for watching.
