Help Michael's goal of opening a community gaming space.

I'm Michael Johns and I'm starting up my own gaming shop.

The idea is to have a place where members of the community can gather to play various card games, board games, and tabletop games, or simply to hang out in a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment. Forging friendships and strengthening the community are at the core of what I want to create.

I was the manager of a similar games shop for roughly 3 years and now I'm taking the leap to start up my own.

And the next step is funding. Every bit of this will go to making sure I can get this shop off the ground.

The shop doesn't yet have a name, but I'm listening to the suggestions and tallying the votes. Once it does have an official name, then designs come, then logos, then marketing... but that's down the road a bit.

Getting everything started is a big undertaking, but getting support FROM the community while I work to build a place FOR the community means so much to me.
