Hello you guys! Creating this go fund me to raise funds to put up a bench at Water Tower Park in Des Moines, WA to memorialize Michael. Michael was murdered in the house across the street from the park. Originally we set up a memorial tree for him to help mourn our sudden loss. Recently it was taken down by someone’s own volition. We called the city of Des Moines Park and Rec and they didn’t have anything to do with it. We’re working on setting up another memorial for him at that tree. We would like something more permanent to not only keep his memory alive, but to keep people from tampering with the memorial.

We applied for the bench and just need to funds to be able to put it up. The money for the bench gets donated to an elderly home near by.
