On August 8th, Michaela was involved in a hit and run near Providence College around 2 a.m. She was crossing the street and a white infinity stopped at a stop sign, let her cross, then while she was in the middle of the street the car struck her throwing her feet away onto the ground. She broke her tibia and fibula, lost 4 teeth, and a neck injury. Unfortunately, no one has identified the license plate. The driver has yet to be found and there are little to no leads.
