Michaela fought the good fight, beating leukemia only to be attacked by graft vs. host disease. Her body couldn’t take it and she lost her battle today.
This tragedy is unimaginable. Michaela was a walking ray of sunshine shining brightly through this crazy world. She was always positive even while being so very sick. She wanted nothing more than to be a mother to her 5 children and a wife to Paul. She spent her last days baking cookies and making her house a home for her precious family to enjoy at Christmas. Always the caretaker to the very end.
This loss of our sweet Mac is heartbreaking and sudden. I’m asking people to please help in any way they can. Share this if nothing else.
