Find a cure for Michael!

Our son Michael Anthony III was born on March 7, 2016. During our pregnancy, everything seemed to be okay until 20 weeks in which they found an ascites (accumulation of fluid in the abdomen). As the weeks went by, the fluid continued to progress and increase drastically. At 33 weeks, the fluid began to disappear and it continued to do that to the point where the fluid that had accumulated had completely disappeared. Doctors can't find an explanation and cannot give us answers to why this may be happening. Our first baby (Audree Lynn) passed away due a rare genetic disorder called galactosialidosis. Although this wasn't confirmed genetically, it was only confirmed by an enzyme activity test in which they look at the activity in the cell. A solution is our greatest hope. Our daughter's condition was diagnosed very late and we spent several months in the hospital. We felt really helpless and at times we questioned God why this happening.
We don't want the same outcome for our son Michael. He's been hospitalized because the fluid has came back in his belly and it's affecting his body. Several tests have been done to try to figure out the cause but nothing has given us hope for a solution. Last Friday, his enzyme activity test came back and it confirmed that the activity is exactly like Audree's.
We share this story with you for help. Medical bills and other expenses are piling up. Taking time off work takes a toll on us and it makes it hard for my husband to be next to our son. We have plans to do a stem cell transplant for Michael, but we may need to reach out to other hospitals in the country and we may possibly need to temporarily relocate in search of a cure for our son.
Anything will be very much appreciated and thank you all in advance.
