Michaela's Journey with Scoliosis

I'll never forget that phone call,  I saw my best friend, sister from another misters name pop up.  We chatted for a brief moment and I could tell something was off.  She started to explain  what happened at a doctors visit a few days before. I sat and listened in silence as my best friend , my sister was telling me about the appointment to see a specialist that her family would be facing in the coming weeks.  
If you know Michaela, you know a funny, bubbly, energetic fire cracker of a girl with a smile so big you can feel the joy! I always picture her doing cart wheels in the front yard and almost bouncing off the walls. 
Scoliosis? 
This amazing family is getting ready for a hard battle and finances will be tight. November 22 they will need to come up with almost $1600 for Michaela's first brace , on top of the $6500 they need to meet before the end of the year so insurance picks up the small percentage they will assist with. Between MRI's , X-rays , specialist visit and the driving to and from,  this is just the beginning of this journey and I feel in my heart there are so many people with giving hearts that can help this amazing family begin this battle. Every penny counts!!! So please help if you can.
