On June 8, 2020, our Shoe Repair Shop caught on fire. As you can see from the photographs the blaze destroyed everything. Michael's Shoe Repair was first established in 1986 by a local family. Later in 2005 it was sold to Martin Hernandez, a local cobbler with huge aspirations. Sadly, our family has lost their small business and we are looking for help. This shop was our source of our means, and now the struggle is real as we look to the next steps. We are asking for help to re-build and re-establish of our establishment. We will need help with the cleaning, the rebuilding, and construction of the business once we have the green light. We are asking for anyone who has been touched by our family business for help.
