Michael's Marathon for the Grant Brown Scholarship

Tax deductible
On April 15, 2019 , Michael will be fulfilling a life long dream and running in the Boston Marathon to help fund the Grant Brown Scholarship established in the name and memory of our dear 6 year old friend, Grant Fieldon Brown, who tragically passed in the summer of 2013.

The scholarship was established by Grant's family at the time of his death and is $17,805 away from being fully funded to help provide  scholarships in Grant's name .

Michael  started training in January after being out for over a year with a significant back injury (5 herniated discs).    He has accepted and received this task in faith and is running in memory of Grant and to fulfill and activate the scholarship established in his name.

Significantly, Grant’s Dad, Dr. Jeff Brown, has served as the chief psychologist of the Boston Marathon for the last 18 years.

Please jump in and partner with us on this journey. This is about the beautiful life of a precious young friend, a scholarship in his name, the Boston marathon dream, and trusting in the strength and goodness of God.

350 friends giving $50 will allow us to meet this worthwhile goal! This is possible! ❤️

Please feel welcome to meet up with us at the finish line!
