Michael Wayne Stiles

A great pillar of our community passed away in the early morning of Saturday, September 20th, 2025, finally succumbing to a long battle with cancer. Michael Wayne Stiles was a Theatre teacher with Musselman High School, inspiring his students in every way you could imagine. A dear friend, a father, and a husband, Stiles had a reach that astounded all of us. His heart was warm, and his compassion for the people around him was immeasurable. He leaves behind a legacy that will be unmatched.

Stiles gave so much, and while we feel the weight of this loss, we also feel the weight of his impact — in our lives, in this community, and in the countless stories that will continue because of him.

This donation offering is set up in his honor to help with final expenses and any future expenses Emma may need. Unfortunately, with the decline happening so quickly, some matters weren't able to be finalized right away, and we are asking for help to give Stiles a proper sendoff, as well as give his daughter, Emma, and the rest of the family some peace of mind in the rough time. Let's all pull together and show them the love that Stiles and Lori always showed us ♡
