The man in the cover picture is my son Michael Volpe, my name is Joanne Volpe.  My son was recently in an auto accident and is going to need months of recovery and painful physical therapy. 
Even though his insurance covers a good amount of services there are supplies and further medical testing, in particular spectra brain scans that are not covered,as well as lodging and travel to  the facility in California that provides treatment.
Michael often spends time connecting with people by providing a listening ear,great sense of humor and a big heart to help those who are struggling in anyway.  In spite of growing up surrounded by traumatic events Michael has never stopped believing that good ultimately triumphs!
I am hoping we can provide him the support to obtain the services that will change his life for the better and increase his chance of successful recovery.
