Michael Verdugo Fundraiser

My name is Michael Verdugo. I was rushed to the hospital from work and with severe stomach pain. My liver was bleeding into my stomach. Within a half-hour, I was on the operating table where the doctors managed to stop the bleeding. In the recovery room, I was told that I had a tumor on my liver and that it had burst. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with Liver Cancer. I am undergoing treatment at this time and am praying for the best outcome. My goal is to recover as soon as possible and get back to work. Needless to say, I have no income at this time. I have applied for Disability; however, according to EDD, they have a big backlog of claims that need to be processed so I do not know when my Disability payments will begin. I would be grateful for any contributions that you can make that would help me with living expenses, medications, and other unforeseen costs. Any help would be appreciated.
