Hello, My name is Michael Thompson. I’m currently going through medical issues, with skin cancer. It’s the second time, and I have a major surgery coming up to remove part of my face. The surgery will be intense and I’ll be off of work until I can recover. I have 5 children and a beautiful wife that works hard. But extra costs travelling to toronto for appointments surgery, and recovery. I am not in a position, not to have to work.
