Michael Thomas' Medical Expenses

Our very dear friend and riding mate, Mike Thomas, was in a terrible accident two days ago and needs our help. He is in the San Antonio Hospital in Ajijic, Mexico with multiple injuries (severe concussion, broken back, broken arm, broken clavicle, broken hip, and extensive road rash).
