Hello. A few days ago we tragically lost my precious grandson, Michael Ray Martin III at the age of 25. He was sweet, kind funny, smart, and the love of our lives. He was a father to two beautiful little girls; Makenlea (3) and Madalyn (1), who he adored and who adored him. When he was just a teenager, he'd always tell his mother he could hardly wait to be a daddy. We are grateful that he was able to live that dream. He was a much loved son, brother, grandson, uncle, nephew, cousin, fiance to Rachael, and friend to so many. But now, we have to send him home to God. We are trying to find a way to pay for a basic funeral. You know, you never plan for this expense for someone so young and of course we were unprepared. We, his mom, stepdad, and I, have a little money that we can pool together, but it's not enough. We need to ask for help, and that in itself is so hard. Please know that anything that is donated and remains over the funeral costs will go into a trust fund for his children. Anything you can spare will help, and if you can't help with money, please pray for him... and for his family. Our hearts are shattered. We can't believe he is really gone.
