Michael Ravain's cancer treatment

Hi my name is Victoria, and I am the daughter of Michael Ravain, and sister of Erin and Nicolas. We came to Gofund me about three years ago when my mother Cayce Ravain was diagnosed with Stage 4 cervical cancer, and unfortunately she passed away on May 20, 2020. We never expected to have to be here again but with unfortunate news, Michael was diagnosed with two different types of stage four lung cancer, Adenocarcinoma and Squamous cell with brain involvement. He just underwent a brain surgery to remove the large tumor in his brain. Michael was on intensive and rigorous chemo for two months, and radiation for a month, as well as four intense treatments of radiation for his brain tumor. He has trouble swallowing any foods, drinking any liquid too cold or hot. He has massive clots in his leg that cause excessive fluid build up in his left foot and makes it difficult to walk on the regular. My father has to drive from Titusville to Orlando regularly for his treatments and doctors' appointments. We are blessed to have my sister working sixty hours a week, and my fiancé working fifty hours a week to help support our family, but we live pay check to pay check and struggle with treatment and bills, as I can’t work taking care of everything. Michael still has a year of immunotherapy. Our father is well loved by so many people, and has done nothing but given the shirt off his back for everyone. He is the only parent we have left and we are all just devastated. We understand that everyone is going through tough times, and any little bit even if it’s sharing helps.
