Michael Pretty boy Stewart with medical costs

Micheal and Trish are some of my dear friends. They’re always willing to help anyone, anytime. I feel very lucky to have these guys in my life. They were some of the first people to contact me after Christopher passed. They just wanted to help me anyway I needed.

Recently, Michael was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia. This diagnosis is so incredibly devastating. He hasn’t been able to work for over a year and his benefits have been drastically cut. I want to raise as much as we can to offset the exorbitant medical cost and show our love and support!

So, in the beginning, I thought it was so cute and endearing that he was confused so easily, and forgot so much. Or how adorable it was when the word he tried to use was not at all the correct word in the correct context. Well, fast forward to several doctors, several healthcare systems, several emergency room visits and a few years of me noticing that things are getting worse (quickly), and here we are. Dementia with Lewy Body, Parkinson’s variant. For those of you that already knew, thank you for listening. For those of you who are just learning of this, we apologize. This is a very scary new world for us, and we are trying to figure this out. We are focusing on getting him stronger, and healthier because I am not okay with the timeline they gave us and neither is he. We will push. We love you all and we thank you all for your love, support and understanding.
