Some events for Saturday are still being planned but the main event is on Sunday.

Friends of Michael:

We all loved Michael and miss him daily.

His family and many of us have met and discussed a final tribute in order to say goodbye.

Most felt that Micheal would have wanted a big, boisterous party with all his friends to laugh and have a good time thinking of our times with him.

This will be a great way to celebrate his memory.  Most of us have
known him for almost 30 years.

Thank you for taking part in the planning and funding of this endeavor

These funds are the seed money for the following:

1. Bus transportation for a few hours around DC including a trip from
your hotel to a location TBD where we will have a brief special service, then
onto the reception and party that night.

2.  Venue rental/open bar/appetizers.  In Micheal's honor
the specialty cocktail will be, of course, a Mt Gay and Tonic.

3. Production costs for event.

4. Some special swag including T-shirts, wrist bands, credentials a
memorial video, and photography. 

5.  Transportation and lodging for his family.

ANYONE contributing $100 or more is comped entry to the event.
