Michael suffered from a stroke in mid-April, and the family now faces unexpected medical bills. In addition to a several-day hospital stay, Michael will need regular medication and physical therapy to recuperate functions that were damaged by the stroke. Unfortunately, the long-term effects of this event may not be known for up to a year.
