Hi, my name is Michael and I have had a Cerebellar Stroke on the 4th of September. As you could imagine a life changing event having to learn to walk again. Was in State Rehabilitation for 9 weeks, with therapy seasions three times a day retraining my brain to walk again.

Since being discharged I have rehabilitation in the home three times a week and exercise daily to improve my walking. During all the of this I have been in and out of hospitals with procedures for internal blockages found in my Renal system which continues along with regular GP appointments.

As you can imagine no sign of working for the near future and any assistance would be greatly appreciated to assist with life. Rest assured I am fighting daily to get as close as possible to a healthy Michael.
