Michael Naylors Knee Surgery

Michael Naylor is an extraordinary dancer.  His passion and love of dance is so obvious everytime he steps onto the stage.  Recently he injured his knee in a biking accident rendering him unable to perform.  As a result he has undergone expensive knee surgery. 
We his friends and colleagues would like to start this 'gofundme' page in the hopes that we can raise money to help cover the costs of the operation and the subsequent rehab.  We want to see him back doing what he loves as soon as possible as he is extrememly missed!  Any contribrutions would be greatly appriciated no matter how small ( or large ) they may be.
