I will be paying out of pocket for the necessary permits, licenses, and ingredients/supplies to get started. I have over ten years of experience in the food service and restaurant industry, to include management of time, money, labor, and facilities. I am a professional chef and my southern-born fiancée is an exceptional home cook. We plan to own and operate the food truck as a family business.
