Hello! My name is Teresa Bergman and I am starting this fundraiser for my sweet nephew, Michael Leonard. Michael has always been a quiet soul but still a good soul! He is extremely smart and a very hard worker. If you go to Kroger in Christiansburg I am sure you have seen him there. He has worked there for years! I say this to let you know he is not someone just looking for a handout! In fact, he has not asked for this, I asked him if I could do this for him. Michael is only 32 years old and was just diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma. He will have to start chemo on Wednesday and surgery eventually. This will of course, cause him to miss work. He does have disability through work, but it only provides him with a portion of his pay. He just bought his first home and again, works very hard. He does have a sweet girlfriend, Michaela who also works hard. I know she would like to have time off to spend with Michael when days are hard. Every little bit that someone can give will be greatly appreciated and will make a BIG difference to help Michael with the upcoming months ahead! Prayers are also very much appreciated!
